With a track record spanning internal audits for large corporations, bank audits, corporate advisory, and core corporate financing, Karan has built KC Shah & Associates into a trusted advisory partner for startups, SMEs, and multinational businesses operating in India.
Leveraging his CFA background, he specializes in helping mid and small companies with growth potential in business valuation, fundraising advisory, financial modeling, and comprehensive financial planning. He also serves as a consultant supporting insolvency professionals and registered valuers in their assignments.
